Like To Help?

Are you enjoying my fiction? Would you like to help me out? Here are a number of ideas on how you can.

Buy My Work

I don’t get royalties on most of my work, but buying stuff I’ve written helps me to spread the word, and lets me know how wide my audience is. Some options include:

  • Close Encounters of the Urban Kind – a fiction anthology featuring my short story, “Gloomy Sunday.”
  • My RPG work – A number of projects I’ve worked on, both for White Wolf Publishing and for other companies, are now available as ebooks at DriveThruRPG.com.

Buy Me A Beer

The easiest and fastest way to help me out is with money. Everything I currently put onto whitechapelproject.com is free, but I’m always appreciative of donations. Consider it the 21st century equivalent of buying me a beer after I’ve told you a good story. If you’d like to slip me a few bucks, you can use the Paypal button below.

Donate Resources

If you can’t donate money, maybe you can donate some of your time or talents? There are a lot of ways you can help spread the word below which won’t take up too much time and energy. Also, I’m a terrible artist, so art assets like logos and covers are always appreciated. At certain points I might need guest voices for my podcast, too. If you have a talent or a resource that you think might be useful, just drop me a line at whitechapelproject@gmail.com.

Join the Agents of Whitechapel

Once in a while, I’ll put out an Agent Mission, which is usually something fans can do in their spare time to help promote the site and get me more readers (and, hopefully, more Agents). All Agent missions are voluntary, but some missions might result in Fabulous Prizes(tm). As the program matures, I might even have something cool for Agents — we’ll have to see how things go. You can get up to speed by reading all of the current Agent Missions here.

Invite Me On Your Show/Blog/Etc.

If you’re a podcaster, blogger, reporter or producer, I’d love to talk about Whitechapel. We can spread the word to your audience and friends with a blog Q&A, a recorded audio or video interview for your show, or a conversation for your mainstream publication or program. You can contact me at whitechapelproject@gmail.com.

Tell A Friend

Whether you post about it on your blog, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc., or you tell a friend in person over lunch or during a phone call, please tell a friend that you’re enjoying Whitechapel and give them the URL — whitechapelproject.com.

Post 5 Stars or Write Your Own Review

Writing reviews of Whitechapel also help get the word out. You can write a detailed, lengthy review on your blog, Facebook or MySpace page, talk about it on a relevant forum or email list, and even give 5 stars (or the equivalent) at one of the places that Whitechapel is listed, including:

Email A Friend

If you’re not sure what to say to get your friends interested, just copy the text below (tweaking it as much as you like), paste it into an email message, address it to your pals, and send it forth. Copy me on your email (whitechapelproject@gmail.com), and it will put you in the running for Fabulous Prizes(tm).

Are you looking for a thrilling story in which you can determine the actions of the main character? If so, I want to tell you about Whitechapel, a new online serial by Eddy Webb.

The story starts with a man waking up in a padded cell with a headache, no memories and the ability to kill with his mind. The only clue he has to his past is a plastic bracelet printed with the letters VI. From there, he enters a strange and twisted world. What happens next?

The choice is yours.

Whitechapel is an interactive horror novella in which you, the reader, can vote after each episode to direct the flow of the story.

You can read the story so far, subscribe to the podcast, find places to talk to other fans and much more at whitechapelproject.com
